Set Up
- 1Adjust the seat height so your leg is nearly straight at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
- 2Adjust the seat fore/aft so your knee sits over the pedal when the crank is forward.
- 3Fully seat both adjustment pins before mounting.
- 4Place the balls of your feet on the pedals and strap in if using the foot straps.
How to Use It
- 1Wake the monitor by pressing any button and select your workout or Quick Start.
- 2Grip the handles and begin pedaling to build the fan up smoothly.
- 3Coordinate pushing and pulling the handles with your pedal stroke for full-body power.
- 4Ease off gradually at the end of a set instead of stopping abruptly.
Helpful Tips
- Resistance rises with effort — the harder you push and pull, the harder it gets.
- Keep your torso stable and drive from the legs and core.
- Keep hands, feet, and clothing clear of the fan, chain, and moving handles.
- Confirm the adjustment pins are locked before every ride.
