Set Up

  1. 1Select your weight on the stack.
  2. 2Set the thigh pads for your movement: pads facing out for abduction (pushing knees apart), pads facing in for adduction (squeezing knees together).
  3. 3Adjust the starting-width knob so you feel a light stretch at the start position.
  4. 4Sit with your back against the pad and feet on the pegs.

How to Use It

  1. 1Grip the side handles for stability.
  2. 2For abduction, press your knees outward against the pads, pause, and return under control.
  3. 3For adduction, squeeze your knees inward against the pads, pause, and return under control.
  4. 4Keep your back and hips flat against the pad throughout.

Helpful Tips

  • Do not use momentum — move the pads with your legs, not by shifting your torso.
  • Confirm the pad orientation before you sit down.
  • Use a controlled tempo — do not let the stack slam.
  • Start light while you get used to switching modes.
