Set Up
- 1Select your weight on the stack.
- 2Set the thigh pads for your movement: pads facing out for abduction (pushing knees apart), pads facing in for adduction (squeezing knees together).
- 3Adjust the starting-width knob so you feel a light stretch at the start position.
- 4Sit with your back against the pad and feet on the pegs.
How to Use It
- 1Grip the side handles for stability.
- 2For abduction, press your knees outward against the pads, pause, and return under control.
- 3For adduction, squeeze your knees inward against the pads, pause, and return under control.
- 4Keep your back and hips flat against the pad throughout.
Helpful Tips
- Do not use momentum — move the pads with your legs, not by shifting your torso.
- Confirm the pad orientation before you sit down.
- Use a controlled tempo — do not let the stack slam.
- Start light while you get used to switching modes.
