Set Up
- 1Select your weight on the stack.
- 2Adjust the back pad so your knee joint lines up with the machine's pivot point.
- 3Adjust the ankle pad so it rests just above your heels.
- 4Sit down and lower the thigh pad firmly across your lap.
How to Use It
- 1Hold the side handles for stability.
- 2Curl your legs down and under until you feel a full hamstring contraction.
- 3Return the weight under control to the starting position.
- 4Keep your back flat against the pad throughout.
Helpful Tips
- Keep your feet flexed toward your shins to isolate the hamstrings.
- Do not let the stack slam at the top.
- Move at a controlled tempo — no kicking.
- Start light while you dial in the pivot alignment.
