Set Up
- 1Use the wall-mounted unit or the floor stand — both are stable and ready to use.
- 2Wake the PM5 monitor by pressing any button; select Just Row or set a workout.
- 3Stand facing the machine, about arm's length from the flywheel, feet hip-width apart.
- 4Reach up and grip the handles above your head with a relaxed grip.
How to Use It
- 1Start each pull with your arms extended overhead and a slight forward lean from the hips.
- 2Pull the handles down by hinging at the hips and bending your knees as your arms drive down past your torso.
- 3Finish with your hands near your hips, core braced, and knees softly bent.
- 4Return smoothly to the top by extending your hips and reaching your arms back overhead in a coordinated motion.
Helpful Tips
- Drive with your core and hips — do not pull with arms alone.
- Keep your motion smooth; the flywheel rewards steady, coordinated pulls.
- Stay far enough back that the handles and cords can travel freely.
- Keep hands, hair, and loose clothing clear of the flywheel cage.
