Set Up
- 1Load plates onto the front loading horn.
- 2Choose a handle position (neutral, wide, or angled).
- 3Stand on the wide platform with a slight bend in your knees.
- 4Hinge at the hips with a flat back and grip the handles.
How to Use It
- 1Pull the handles toward your upper abdomen.
- 2Squeeze your shoulder blades at the top.
- 3Lower the weight under control without losing back tension.
- 4Keep a flat back throughout the movement.
Helpful Tips
- Drive with your back rather than your arms.
- Avoid rounding or over-arching your lower back.
- Use a controlled range of motion — do not swing.
- Start light while learning the hip-hinge position.
